1. 3 to 5+ years' of application development experience, covering full software development lifecycle, of which, at least last 3+ years in ServiceNow development.
2. Proven experience working with the ServiceNow Platform as a key technical resource leading the development of ServiceNow solutions.
3. Good knowledge of Service Portal, Widgets, Custom Pages in Service Portal , Angular Provider, ITSM modules, CMDB, Workflows, Service Catalog, Integration and Custom Applications .
5. Extensive hands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc.
6. Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax etc.
7. Experience of working with ServiceNow ACL-based contextual security.
8. Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
9. Good experience of transforming business requirements into software solutions
10. Knowledge of IT processes in context of ITIL v3 would be an added advantage
