Lead Developer

We are looking for a Lead Developer to provide sound, hands-on technical leadership in all aspects of our business, including coding hand in hand with the development team.
You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role.
As a Lead Developer you will be responsible to scale the team into strong local and offshore (Bulgaria) technical teams with a powerful footprint in innovation, machine learning and security.
Given the strategic approach of the Company, we want to bring someone with a solid background on data and machine learning technology.
The Lead Developer will continue to maintain and improve current contracts with service providers such as AWS and Google; he will also need to continue improving security protocols of the company.
Experience in a growth startup; and still avid of coding would be a plus
Our backend technical stack:
API: Django 1.9 ( python 3.4) and springboot 2.0.4 (java-microservices)
DB: Postgres, MongoDB
AWS: Elasticbeanstalk, EKS (Kubernates), RDS
Other: Rabitmq, Kibana-ElasticSearch, Dockers
