We are looking for an experienced Feature Engineer proficent for one of the project in the banking sector. 

Task Description:

• Translate business requirements into features and stories by using IT & Business knowledge
• You are able to translate new product / services needs into required IT solutions and are able to grasp business opportunities from new technology solutions. You think and act globally.
• Ensure features delivery (Planning, coordination, dependencies management)
• Make things happen by installing a close collaboration climate
• You are comfortable with collaboration and reaching across Tribes and functional borders and serve as liaison when needed. You easily connect and align stakeholders within all levels of the our organization, from CIO to IT engineer and from Business Tribe Lead to internal our user, all with our customers journey in mind.
• Keep business and IT knowledge up to date, and keep track of relevant trends and outlooks
• You have a good to extensive understanding of the business domain and processes as well as the underlying architectural model, applied to real customer value

• Multiple years of experience in the business domain and demonstrates deep functional knowledge of the business domain (end to end); knowing how business processes utilize IT solutions
• Proven track record in our IT environment (design & implementation), our Architecture, Infrastructure, software (knowledge of the working); affinity with IT concepts (CDaaS, ATDD, engineering skills and technologies, applicative landscape...)
• Track record in reducing complexity and of delivering complex IT initiatives across multiple teams
• Very good level of English.
