In terms of immediate needs, Norconsulting Group is looking for a profile as close as possible the following role requirement:
 
Scrum Master Product Owner (Tech Lead)
With the following specifics:

• Good knowledge of Oracle Database and Oracle Engineered Systems
• Experience in programming (PL/SQL, Bash Scripting etc.); Perl and Python (Optional).
• Experience in Project management in Agile methodology context

The profile is of a Tech Lead but mainly you must have experience as a Scrum Master or some of the Agile methodologies. You will lead a team of 7-10 developers, some in Romania, others in other European countries and also one in India.
