Senior Software Engineer for R&D

You will take active part in the life of a Scrum team where all team members are joining forces, giving their best to deliver high quality software. 
 
Your tasks 
• Planning, breaking down, and estimating work together with the rest of the Scrum team 
• Developing features and automated tests 
• Improving the quality of their code through code reviews and unit tests 
• Responding to customer input and creating bug fixes 
• Continuously helping the team improve its processes  
  
Your professional qualifications   
• B.Sc. in computer science, software engineering, or similar 
• Experience with C# programming  
• Knowledge of WPF and WCF 
• Familiar with database systems – Microsoft SQL Server preferred 
• Familiar with version control systems – Microsoft Team Foundation Server preferred  
• Understanding of Scrum or other agile methodologies

The team  
They are currently five members working in a Scrum setup in collaboration with the Product Owner. The team is mainly responsible for the software installation framework and customer-facing products, which help manage the software across multiple servers. They develop features across all their products and work with everything from the database and servers to the frontend clients. The team values collaboration and is characterized by a high degree of empowerment and freedom. You should like taking on challenges and work together to solve them while having a great time.
