Our a Client a multinational corporation leader in the market of new technologies, is looking for an ARCHITECTURE MANAGER with experience in the management and the supervision of projects related to SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGICAL ARCHITECTURES in business environments. It will be an asset to have taken part in real projects for first level organizations in which technologies like the following ones have been used:
  • Business architecture and architecture patterns frameworks, developed through market leading standard technologies (e.g. Java EE, Spring, Hibernate).
  • SOA Architectures.
  • BPM Architectures.
  • Quality, testing and performance architectures.
  • Cloud architectures.
  • Big Data architectures (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Flume, Storm).
We are thinking on a professional capable to know, to communicate and to act in line with the company’s strategy. The selected candidate will be in charge of the area, taking four pillars into consideration: business development, projects delivery, people development and development of the knowledge field. 
Business development:
  • Providing internal and external information on the services catalogue of the Architecture line and the Technology business unit.
  • Strengthening a long-term relationship with the client.
  • Collaborating into the update and the development of new products and services.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and managing the full trade cycle (proposal presentation, monitoring, approach, offer and negotiation…).
  • Managing the relationship with the main technological partners. 
Projects delivery:
  • Ensuring the achievement of the projects and services goals in terms of quality, productivity, efficiency and efficacy.
  • Guaranteeing the client’s satisfaction.
  • Identifying, choosing, and modifying the size of the team in a proper way.
  • Selecting the most appropriate people to optimize the projects performance.
People development:
  • Applying and conveying the clients ’ culture and values to the team.
  • Playing various critical roles like recruiting, project management, mentoring and staffing.
Development of the Architecture knowledge field:
  • Promoting innovation in the Architecture field.
  • Defining and executing the training plans necessary to keep the team knowledge at the highest level in accordance with the new market standards and trends.
  • Professional with at least 7-9 years of experience in Technological Architectures projects, including in this period a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in management within the Architecture area.
  • Proper orientation to client, quality and results.
  • Skills on communication, innovation and continuous improvements.
  • Autonomy and leadership in decision making.
